More than just survival
a guided journey in search of sources of strength
What is this course for?
This course is to restore your internal balance, adapt to new realities, anxiety. To find a sense of security in your body and internal support.
What tools do I offer?
The ones I use for myself and in my practice as a one-on-one holistic coach with clients.
-
Stephen Porges' Polyvagal Theory. Each of you will learn about your nervous system through the lenspolyvagal theory of Stephen Porges. This knowledge will be useful to you more than once. I am so grateful that I heard about Polyvagal Theory several years ago and went to study it. This knowledge is not therapy, but it is a tool, it is a lens, it changes the way you look at yourself and others, gives you an understanding of your reactions and brings you closer to your real self.
-
Deb Dana's method. This method will help you find out your own reactions to stress, your triggers and beacons. It will help you understand if you are stuck in any of the reactions and why. And the main thing is what to do with it and how to work with it.
-
Somatics. You will also be able to find in the course those tools that will help calm your mind and body; we will use simple bodily practices with you, as well as reflection practices in my personal practical notebook, which I create just for you. As part of this course, you will also learn about 5 gemmotherapy extracts that will be useful in the first stage of working with the nervous system and you will be able to choose the right one for yourself.
*During the course, all participants will be connected to Telegram chat, where they will be able to ask questions, express opinions, wishes, and share impressions.
The purpose of this program is to help you take action NOW and prove that you CAN feel good in your body again. I know that self-healing is possible and I offer myself to you as a guide on this path!
