Lilac, Syringa vulgaris

Lilac, Syringa vulgaris

Description

Lilac, Syringa vulgaris

Lilac Gemmo is a heart tonic that improves blood supply to damaged tissue, offering significant support for cardiovascular health. It also holds promise as a tonic for the Central and Autonomic Nervous Systems, though its effects in microdoses are still being explored.

Why Olena Loves Lilac Gemmo

We are only beginning to uncover the potential of this incredible Gemmo. I’m inspired by what it offers for addressing imminent health challenges, especially its promise for heart and nervous system support.

The Lilac Shrub

Originally from Asia Minor and Southeastern Europe, Lilac was introduced to Spain in 982 and later to the rest of Europe in the 1600s. This ornamental shrub thrives in dry soil without stagnant moisture and can grow up to 15 feet (5 meters) tall.

Lilac's roots tend to sprout, forming large clusters from a single plant. The first fragrant flowers appear only after five years. Historically, its flowers were used to create massage oils for joint pain and rheumatism and were also part of rituals for mental balance, purification, and enhancing psychic powers.

Within the Restoring Immunity System

Nervous System Support

Lilac acts as a tonic for both the Central and Autonomic Nervous Systems, likely benefiting individuals in later stages of nervous system recovery when greater resilience has been established.

Elimination Support

Lilac does not provide direct elimination support.

Alkalizing Support

In full doses, Lilac offers exceptional support for cardiovascular and neurological health as part of a protocol with extracts for the nervous system and elimination. Consider Lilac for:

  • Post-Heart Attack Recovery: Helps restore and protect heart function.
  • Angina or Heart Heaviness: Combine with Dogwood and Hawthorn for optimal results.
  • Neurological Conditions: Microdoses can support prevention and post-diagnosis management of dementia, Parkinson’s, and Alzheimer’s disease.
