Gemmotherapy has become a new stage in my life.

My life was divided into "before" and "after" meeting with Lauren and gemmotherapy. It all started with the magical effect of one drop of Silver Lime on my nervous system, and ended with a daily comprehensive program for the child. I can’t be happier that there is such a simple and affordable method of first aid in acute cases that works for adults and children. And if you dig deeper and develop a comprehensive scheme, you can solve many chronic problems. How wonderful it is that in Ukraine we have a follower of this school, Olena, thanks to whose consultations, gemmotherapy is becoming increasingly recognized and widespread in Ukraine and beyond its borders.

I have been using gemmoextracts for 2 months, I started to feel their work in about the 2nd week of use, they have a good effect on the nervous system, relieve anxiety and nervous tension, help me feel better. For me, willow works very well in combination with field maple, they balance my state and give relax. Of course, when everything goes in a complex (work and rest regime, sleep schedule, eating, etc.) gemmoextracts show their maximum result and really balance the psycho-emotional state, the main thing is to help yourself in this. Learning gemmotherapy became one of the key moments in the search for healing. Having barely pulled myself together after the first months of the war, I first began to study gemmos, and then gradually tried them on myself and my family. In my family we have been using gemmotherapy for 3 years now. We haven’t completed our healing journey yet but we have seen great results which give us hope and strength to move on.
I really like Laurene Hubele’s method because of various reasons.
First, Lauren introduced the microdosis method into gemmotherapy.
We are a family of very sensitive people and the microdosis method was a great solution for us: it is very gentle and very deep working at the same time. In the past we tried different therapies and none of them worked for us.
Secondly, Lauren’s therapeutic model combines the wisdom of traditional gemmotherapy with the latest discoveries in the field of neuro science. It has been a clever decision to incorporate the major discoveries of the polyvagal theory into the practice of gemmotherapy.
I don’t know Lauren personally – everything I learned - is through the work with my therapist – Lena Kozlovets. Lena is an amazing person who never stops learning and she is always open to new ideas. I think these qualities Lena and Lauren have in common.

I participated in Lauren's first seminar in Kyiv in the summer of 2019.
She very clearly and simply presented to us Gemmotherapy, its principles, general approach to treatment.
Her proposal to test the effect of gemmo extracts right during the seminar was very interesting. She asked me what was bothering me at that moment and dripped 1 drop of Sea Buckthorn extract, then another drop an hour later. I had worries about the children whom I left in the Kherson region for a week, I did not sleep well because of this.
After the class on the way home I felt that I was falling asleep. At home, I immediately went to bed, relaxed and slept until the morning. It was very strange for me. I thought that sea buckthorn had a stimulating effect, but on the contrary, I relaxed and calmed down. Lauren then explained that it was due to a long period of restlessness and sleeplessness that Sea Buckthorn harmonized my state.
What a skillful advise it was! Lauren herself is a very open, sincere person who is pleasant to talk to.

I have been familiar with homeopathy for a long time and do not take medications. But gemmo is much more powerful for me in terms of its effects. The result is immediate. Sometimes gemmo simply pulls me out of difficult situations. Like, for example, after the death of a loved one. Or terrible Inflammation of the gums. And little but important things: restoring sleep, relieving anxiety, allergic reactions, child’s bowel movements, self-confidence... The list can be continued for a very long time. It's definitely magic.

I am also confident in the powerful influence of the personality of the therapist, Teacher and Provider, for the patient. Information is transmitted to the patient’s body in a complex manner. Gemmotherapy gave me normal sleep!!! and calmed the nervous system, and the gastrointestinal tract began to work much better. There is no such discomfort as before. And the headaches are even less, I used to take medicines a lot. Now I take a lot less pharmaceutical products. In general, it taught me to listen to my body and trust it, no matter how strange it may sound to someone. I'm really happy that I met gemmotherapy in my life.

First of all, thanks life for finding you! Because there was covid and everything was not clear and difficult, but thanks to gemmo and recommendations, everything went relatively easily. Then the children had some protracted viruses ... and I realized that gemmos could be added to the kilometer-long list of pediatrician's medications, and I was also surprised by such a quick result ❤️ The remnants of gemmo, which were ordered before the war, came in handy more than once! I asked to help my nervous system, tension, irritability, inability to praise, say something nice, be gentle, unstable sleep. Recently, I have had an emotional "petrification", stupor. For 2 weeks, I took micro doses of Silver Lime, Dog Rose, Hawthorn and Common Fig. On about the fifth day, I felt relieved, the irritability has almost passed. I have been using gemmotherapy since 2018. These drops are the magical discovery of my entire life. Lena helped me a lot, she guided me, taught me, supported and helped me. I have a child with a disability almost from birth. There are many health problems, both physical and mental. What we haven’t tried... Of course, we achieved a lot, we got the child almost back to normal, but problems remained. At the time when we met Olena and gemmotherapy, my child was in a state of “getting sick or not getting sick.” Out of desperation and skepticism, I decided to try the gemmos that my friend suggested.
After two weeks of using gemmos the child recovered and was not sick for the next six months! AT ALL! I couldn’t believe it, I doubted it. It was some kind of discovery for me. But I was immensely happy. Moreover, gemmo improved the child’s mood and behavior. This was noticed and noted by the teacher. Masha became more confident in lessons. Later we tried Willow gemmo. What I want to say about GEMMOtherapy - viral diseases in our family disappear in a couple of days. And if you follow the right diet, it happens instantly. It was only when I started studying gemmotheraoy that I realized how much nutrition is important for healing and the state of our body depends on it and ability to clean itself.
My daughter lives in the Czech Republic. She had very bad problems with sleep. She took melatonin and sedatives. She just started taking gemmo extracts and she immediately could remove all the drugs. I've just recalled that Lena used gemmo to restart my period after the stressful time for me and when traditional clinic strongly recommended me to go on hormones, saying that I wouldn't have my period going ever again. And Lena has proved absolutely opposite! So, we're the family when gemmo helps us, saves us, assists in fighting depression and tones of different complex states. I adore it! My acquaintance with gemmotherapy began in 2020, with my dog. More precisely, with the dog's illness. It happened suddenly, an epileptic seizure, which had never happened before. The dog was lying motionless, periodically twitching his whole body, and there was no improvement. Veterinarians said to take the dog to a hospital. This was not an option for us. The dog is big - 65 kg. Physically, my husband and I couldn't lift him, and I didn't really trust veterinary hospitals.... I was desperate....
And then, oh, a miracle.... Lena called me. She offered to help and try gemmo, and we were ready to try anything to ease the animal's state. After starting to take it, and in microdoses, in about 3 hours the tremor of the paws went away, and in a day he got up... Unfortunately, it was not possible to completely cure my dog, the problem was serious. But the gemmos definitely improved his quality of life, he lived another 3 months and passed away... Dogs of this breed do not live long, 7-8 years. But during his illness, I saw for myself that gemmo works. I was introduced to gemmotheraoy 4 years ago at a difficult time in my life. It was a period of despair and pain because of my child's illness.
